What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Sebastian loves the challenge, the competition, and being part of a team. He thrives on pushing himself, learning new moves, and proving he can play with the best—no matter their age. Most of all, he loves the joy of the game and the feeling of never giving up.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Sebastian is inspired by his dad, Coach Dion, who teaches him to lead with heart; Coach Glenn, who pushes him to be smarter on the court; his trainer Rodney Harmon, who builds his strength and confidence; and his teammates, who motivate him to give his all every game. He’s also grounded by the love and support of his mom, his sister Michelle, his brothers Jared and Timothy, his grandparents Trang and Si, his uncles Khang and Jeremy, and his god family, the Neumanns—his foundation and biggest fan

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

We’re proudest of Sebastian’s determination, humility, and heart. He is never selfish—always thinking of others, willing to help them shine, and choosing to lead with kindness over ego. He stays fearless, yet leads with care and compassion. He never gives up, always lifts up his teammates, and leads by example—on and off the court. Watching him grow into a fearless, humble, and hard-working young man is our greatest joy.
