Seth loves the challenge of hitting. Just you and the pitcher, one on one, trying to be the one who wins that battle. The mental and physical mix of this game.
Seth does not have a particular person who inspires him. When asked his response was “my parents”. “I watch you guys work hard and still take the time to drive me to practice, help me with workouts and be at every game”.
During a 12u game, Seth was mid at bat and when the opposing pitcher was removed from the game and was visibly upset. In between innings, Seth made his way over to their dugout to console that player. When we asked him why he did that he replied that he knew how it felt to not be pitching well and feel like you were letting down the team and felt bad for him.
