He loves the energy he feels when he plays a sport. He puts 100% effort into every sport he plays. He says the feeling of stepping onto the field, court or track and knowing he is going to leave it all out there when he is done is amazing. Football for him is a passion and he loves the feeling of being apart of a team and being a good leader. He also has a passion for pole vault and running in track. He loves the one on one competition and to push himself to beat his previous records.
Skyler’s dad inspires him on and off the field. He tries his hardest to make his dad proud. He holds his opinion at a high standard. He has shown him how to be a good man in life to work hard to achieve your goals. He has shown him how family shows up for you in good times and bad and has helped Skyler become the man and leader he is becoming.
When we see him reach his goals and the excitement on his face each time. This pervious year he made it to state in pole vault and reached a new PR and took 2nd at State. To see the excitement on his face for reaching a new goal was priceless. As a parent you always want the best for your child and to see them reach their goals is truly amazing.
