Although I cheer for some big names when I get the chance to watch racing—like Kiffen Simpson in IndyCar or Lewis Hamilton in F1—my biggest inspiration is definitely my uncle, Darryl Timmers, who races in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series. He’s the one who really sparked my passion for racing
Sloan has earned many accolades in racing, but as her father, I’m proud every time she puts on her helmet. She’s incredibly strong-minded and never hesitates to get in the kart, fully aware of the risks. Even when facing criticism from male drivers she beats, she stays composed and professional. Her passion, focus, and determination set her apart both on and off the track.
