What I love most about playing softball is being with my teammates and having fun on the field. I love hitting the ball, making a good catch and cheering everyone on. It makes me feel proud when I learn something new or make a great play. I like working hard, trying my best, and knowing that every game is a chance to grow. Most of all, I just love playing the game and having fun doing what I love!
My mom, dad, and God inspire me on and off the field because they believe in me no matter what. Mom and Dad always cheer me on, help me practice, and teach me to never give up. God reminds me to be kind, strong, and thankful. They all help me do my best, play with heart, and be a good teammate. Their love and support make me feel brave, confident, and proud on the field and in everything I do.
Some of my proudest moments is when she strikes out or makes an error but doesn’t give up. She still runs hard, cheers loud and gives it her all. Instead of getting discouraged, she turns it into a chance to learn and improve for herself and her team. Those moments show her determination, quick thinking, and heart. It reminds me that her strength isn’t just in her skills, but in her attitude and effort.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
