Her motto is, “How hard can it be? Boys can do it.” Sophia is 10 years old and dominating matches against boys. She has no fear!

She loves working out in the gym. She has the privilege of working with the high school kids and can’t wait to get on the mat and learn more! Win or lose she always says she learned something.
She was originally inspired by her dad who wrestled when he was a kid, they have really bonded through the sport and she can’t wait to show him everything she knows.
She won her first tournament last season against much larger programs. She got to see the fruits of her labor on a much bigger stage than she was used to against excellent competition! It boosted her confidence so much.
