Receive Text UpdatesSteely is more than an athlete—she’s a leader, a light, and a true student of the game. She builds bonds with her teammates and never meets a stranger. On the field or court, she gives it her all. Coaches often say she’s one of the only girls who truly understands the sport at a deeper level. Steely thrives on teamwork, loves learning, and leads with both heart and humility.
Steely’s biggest inspiration is her dad, a former professional baseball player with a strong work ethic and a heart for Jesus. He’s taught her that sports aren’t just about winning—they’re about leadership, gratitude, and playing with a positive attitude. His example pushes Steely to give her best, be a great teammate, and appreciate every opportunity she’s given.
Steely has faced a tough year as her team struggled with challenges off the field. Still, she stepped up, encouraging her teammates to stay united. She reminded them that real teams stick together through the good and the hard times—and that the Lord will guide them. Watching a 9-year-old lead with such faith and wisdom is something even adults can learn from. She truly is a blessing.
