I like table tennis because it is a fast and exciting sport that keeps me active and sharp. I enjoy the quick reflexes it requires, the strategy involved in each shot, and the satisfying sound of the ball hitting the paddle. It’s also a fun way to spend time with friends and challenge myself to improve. Whether I win or lose, playing table tennis always makes me feel energized and happy.
What inspires me on and off the table is the drive to keep improving and pushing my limits. On the table, I’m inspired by skilled players who show amazing focus, agility, and sportsmanship — they remind me that hard work and dedication pay off. Off the table, I’m motivated by the lessons the sport teaches me, like discipline, patience, and resilience. These qualities help me face challenges in everyday life with a stronger mindset and a positive attitude.
Stuti Kashyap started her career in international tournaments in 2024 April. Her world Ranking was 850 in U17 and /or U19. Because of her hard work and passion, within 1 year, she has become 52nd ranked player in U19, 36th worl ranked player in U17 and Number 1 player in U17 girls ,in ITTF Americas. This is the most proudest moment.
