For softball what I love the most is the adrenaline it can bring. When the Game is tied and you need runs then someone scores it’s a rush! That is when the game is most intense, when two good teams are battling on a time limit. For cheer, cheer is a great opportunity to be social, it's a way to present positivity. It teaches you how to smile even when you aren't happy. For track, I just love the feeling of the thoughts going away as I run.
What inspires me most is my parents. Not only is sports a time commitment to me but to my parents as well. Not only that but my mom has always shown dedication towards anything she has done. Anything she's put her mind too she did, and she worked until she reached her goal.
What makes me the proudest is the amount of times my daughter has persevered. Freshman year hs she was on varsity+Jv. She didn't really like the coach and she began to doubt herself in ways she never had before. She was overly upset and was questioning if she wanted to quit the sport she had always loved. She stuck with it and travel ball reminded her how much she really loves the sport. She was very proud of this herself as well.
