My daughter loves soccer more than anything. She's Athlete of the Year because she is always trying to practice, play, or learn the game!

She loves the unique opportunities she has to improve that she's unable to get in other places because sports are more of a challenge for her than academics and she has greater ability to improve and is able to channel her energy somewhere.
She is inspired by famous goalkeepers like Britney Wilson and also by her parents off the field because they allow her to grow and learn and better at both her Sport and being a person.
One Moment in her athletic Journey that made me the proudest was when she began to gain confidence in her skills and her ability to compete in her position especially once she reached high school and was able to get more year-round coaching because I could really see the change in her demeanor and her body language and it was just really meaningful for me.
