My kid is a great baseball player, but an even better human being man. He loves the grind, he’s very respectful and smart. Straight A kiddo.

He loves the competitive side of it….he hates to lose all though he maintains the “have fun” ethic of the game.
The fact this his younger brother watches and wants to be just like him, I think inspires him to work harder and be the greatest.
Just the fact that he loves the grind now. It was times when he was younger that I had to make him practice…now he comes to me like “dad can we get some work in today” and just hearing him say that motivates me to stay in shape so I can always get the work in with him. That makes me the proudest as a father.
