Tumbling, stunting, dancing, and the friendships, who am I kidding? I love everything about cheerleading! From the adrenaline rush of hitting a perfect routine to the bond I’ve built with my teammates, cheer is where my heart is. It’s more than a sport, it’s a lifestyle I’m proud to live every single day.
My tumbling coach, Chris, is a huge inspiration. He’s a World Champion whose skills are out of this world, but it’s his belief in me that has pushed me further than I ever thought possible. He’s helped shape not just my tumbling, but my mindset. I couldn’t ask for a better coach, mentor, and role model.
One of the proudest moments in Taylor’s journey came after one of the toughest. Last season, she suffered an injury that required surgery and was expected to be out for the rest of the year. It was devastating, but Taylor never gave up. She stayed focused through her recovery and came back four months early. Not only did she regain all of her tumbling skills, but she was able to step in for the very last competition of the season, where they took home 1st place.
