Taytum’s Thoughts: What I love about playing sports is that they all teach me responsibility in many different ways possible. They bring amazing friendships and bring different levels of coaching throughout all sports. They teach me courage and confidence within myself.
Taytum’s Thoughts: My family inspires me on and off the field. When I am struggling at any sport I am doing I know I can look in the stands and my family is right there to back me up and keep my confidence up. There love for me and the game inspires me to go big or go home.
When Taytum began playing Softball in the larger tournaments, she aspired to become a pitcher.Coming from a small town and being a country gal, she didn’t have access to expensive equipment. Her Dad marked a tree in the yard and gave her a softball. She spent hours practicing on her pitching skills, pitching to the tree marks until the bark of the tree became smooth! Taytum hit her 1st home run on my Birthday, she was beyond excited!
