Teddy has been playing sports since he was little, including baseball, basketball, hockey, and golf. Each sport brings its own excitement and challenge, but baseball is his true passion. He loves the sense of teamwork and camaraderie on the field, and he sees baseball not just as a physical game, but a mental one too—where focus, strategy, and staying one step ahead make all the difference.
On the field, Teddy is inspired by Tom Brady, Alex Ovechkin, and Austin Hays for their mindset, intensity, and heart. Off the field, his late grandfather—a great athlete and Vietnam veteran—continues to guide him. He also looks up to his hardworking father and his mother, a first-time immigrant whose strength and resilience inspire him daily. Their example reminds Teddy to lead with heart, work hard, and stay true to himself.
One proud moment was when Teddy attended a week-long baseball camp at Castleton University in Vermont. Out of all the boys there, he received the Camper of the Week award—a recognition given not just for athletic skill, but also for attitude, leadership, and sportsmanship. It was a special honor that reflected his commitment, strong character, and the way he supports and uplifts his team on and off the field.
