What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing baseball is the focus it takes and the way it pushes me to get better, both mentally and physically. It’s not just about talent—it’s about discipline, learning from mistakes, and showing up for your team. I like how every game is a new challenge, and how even small improvements can make a big difference. Baseball has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and how to handle pressure

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My dad inspires me the most. He’s always been there, pushing me to work hard and never give up, whether it’s in baseball or anything else. He doesn’t expect perfection—he just wants me to give my best and stay focused. He’s taught me that how you handle failure matters more than how you handle success. Watching how dedicated he is in his own life makes me want to do the same in mine.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One moment I’m really proud of was when our team made it to provincials and reached the semifinals. We had worked so hard all season, and getting that far showed how much we’d grown together. Even though we lost in the semis, we left everything on the field and didn’t give up. That game taught me a lot about resilience and what it means to be part of a team. I realized that success isn’t always about winning—it’s about how you show up when it really counts.
