Thomas loves the competitiveness of sports. He loves to be apart of something that pushes him to be better. He loves being able to help push his teammates, push goals and boundaries to succeed in something especially if the goal appears to be out of reach.
His grandfather, Anpa. He pushes him to be better than the next. He pushes him to succeed in the classroom and that education is the most important skill someone could obtain. To work hard, have dedication, failure is not accepted. He failure comes, you learn and you work harder.
Probably to see the excitement to put a stop to a drought of not being in playoffs for football for over 20 years in school history. The awards are amazing and yes I am proud but to see the love and dedication from him in a game he loves and to watch him develop as a leader that season was probably the best moment in sports history for me with him.
