In basketball he loves shooting the ball as he is a sharpshooter and won’t let a player get the ball as if his life depends on it. He loves winning a medal in the track races and was the second best runner on the team. Cause he runs track he is one of the fastest on the basketball team and will lead the team going into his senior year. What he loves the most about playing track is not only he’s succeeding in the races he is making friends along the way.
One of the main people who inspire him is his track coach who recently passed away and was the coach of him since beginning track in his sophomore year. He wants to do good for him cause he knows he’s watching proudly from above and he wasn’t only his track coach but also a big supporter of his school as he would go to most of his games and support the team. He was one of the most important people in his life and him succeeding in track.
One moment in their athletic journey that makes me the proudest was when he beat his previous record in cross country and cracking the 16 minute mark and medaling along with that. He’s looking forward to continuing track in college as in his junior year he won the most improved player award for track. His times are going to keep dropping as his senior year arrives.
