Daddy is his number 1. TJ loves to witness dad’s athleticism and picks up on so many of his attributes. Then there’s Poppa, TJ’s paternal grandfather. Poppa is at every game, big or small, cheering him on and offering advice when needed!
TJ has asked to try many sports. We noticed his love for sports very early on, so we were quite ready to invest in his athleticism. As a mom, I didn’t want to witness him upset over a loss, but as always, TJ is full of surprises and understanding. Our proudest moment was when he told us, “it is never about winning or losing…it’s about having fun —“ this is when we knew he was ready for anything and everything he set his mind up for in the sports world.
