Tracy has been playing baseball since he was 2 years old. He picked up a bat and has never put it down since. Baseball is his passion and motivates him to want to do well in school, home, and closer to his community.
Tracy’s father inspires him. His father always told him “to do better than I did son,” and after losing his father to gun violence his only wishes is to live through his father’s words.
Tracy’s resilience. He lost his father tragically and suddenly. He wasn’t sure if he would return to playing baseball, but his two best friend’s encouraged and supported him to come back. Though he struggled his 1st season back he picked himself up and played with his heart. That season was very emotional for us and our love for baseball now holds a deeper meaning than just a sport to be great at.
