You decide who will be named Youth Athlete of the Year, featured in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and take home $25,000
My son loves competing with other great athletes and seeing the results of what it can bring both on and off the field by way of the continuous training and dedication he has for the game of football.
I believe he would say God first. Without him he knows he would not have the gifts and or talents and abilities he has today. Secondly would be his father, the time spent with his father is unmatched. His dedication in training him during those 6am workouts prior to school or even summer training sessions is one thing, but guiding him through this thing called life both on and off the field as a young man will be one of the greatest qualities he will have for years to come.
He just concluded his undefeated 8th grade football season rushing for 2000+ yrds and 40 TD’s helping his team to make it to the city championship after a 10yr hiatus. It was the third play of the game when he was tackled and went down with a high ankle sprain. He felt so defeated he said mom I feel helpless like my cap was torn. Nevertheless, he took a moment on the sidelines with his dad prayed got tapped up and went back out their to help his team by scoring the final point to win the game
