Receive Text UpdatesTy is most passionate about becoming the best version of himself and his competitive nature loves the challenge of constantly striving to beat his own personal records. Ty enjoys playing against difficult teams that allow for progress and challenge.
Ty's coaches are his biggest inspiration. Cameron Lampley and Travion Smith can see the spark in each players eyes and then take the time to have deep discussions about how to reignite or keep that spark alive every practice and game. They show an amazing ability to coach each player in a way that pushes and challenges them to continue loving the game. My son and I have had many talks about how grateful Ty is to have his coaches.
I cannot name just one moment...but moreso our carrides home after a tournament. Since Ty was 3 and 4 years old he wanted to discuss the highs and lows of the game we had just left...what I thought abiut a specific play, why the ump called a play that way, why his coach moved him in the line up, etc. He needed and wanted to discuss what could have gone different and WHY it went the way it did. We love those talks almost more than the game itself.
