Thank you for generously supporting Tyse in this year’s competition. Your support helps empower the V Foundation for Cancer Research and the Why Not You Foundation in their respective missions to save lives and empower today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders.
Tyse loves challenging himself to be his very best. That includes physical strength, mental fortitude, excellent sportsmanship and glorifying God in all he does. He always plays his very best and stays calm even under immense pressure. He loves playing his very best in very game, not just championship games.
His Opa inspires him both on and off the field. His Opa was a coach his whole life and pours into Tyse words of encouragement and positivity. His Opa is in a battle with stage 4 cancer and remains so positive, always grateful for each day and always with a smile on his face. His perseverance in the midst of great hardship and his strong faith are the things that inspire Tyse the most!
Tyse loves basketball, men’s volleyball, soccer, track, golf, swimming—-so many sports. The highlight for me would be him winning an All Star award at volleyball Nationals last year. He had only been playing volleyball for two years at the time and he really displayed his ability and skills to help his team win Nationals and earned himself an All Star award!
