What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Uriah loves the competitiveness but also having fun doing it. He’s loves to learn all aspects of the of each sport.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He has his favorite players in each sport. He looks up to quarterback Kirk Cousins because he’s a Christian and sets a great example for kids. His favorite baseball player is Elly De La Cruz because he’s really good and a good example of never giving up. He also looks up to his dad. His dad as a great work ethic and dedication not just to work but for his family.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The 1st place rings are great but I’m most proud of him when he does his best to lift up another team member if they are struggling or always making sure to tell the other teams good job when we head back to the car. He’s also always great about playing through the pain.
