He loves the competition and trying to reach new goals


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His father. He has helped in the weight room, in the ring and gets him involved in many camps to help him learn n grow. Along with coach Elijah Barnes from Indian Hills who has helped him learn technique and the art of shot put and his team mates


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

We are proud of his hard work and dedication. We are proud when he places and throws a PR but we are even proud when he has an off week and is determined to make it better and gets back out there practicing into the dark or in the rain
