As an 11th grader Urijah lives and breathes shot put! He went to state as a sophomore and is in the ring practicing rain or shine

His father. He has helped in the weight room, in the ring and gets him involved in many camps to help him learn n grow. Along with coach Elijah Barnes from Indian Hills who has helped him learn technique and the art of shot put and his team mates
We are proud of his hard work and dedication. We are proud when he places and throws a PR but we are even proud when he has an off week and is determined to make it better and gets back out there practicing into the dark or in the rain
