What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Vaiden enjoys interacting with a team and developing friendships with like minded girls who love the same things she does. She also loves being competitive and striving to become a better version of herself

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her biggest inspiration on the field was her past rec coach, Brittany. She was recently diagnosed with cancer while being pregnant but still showed up and games to offer support. Her biggest support off the field is Her brother, Carter, who is autistic.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

As her mom, I'm always proud. But I think a moment that stands out the most for me was seeing the physical sacrifice her body would make but then how she would mentally overcome it. She is a catcher in softball so of course her body takes a lot but she can focus in on the task at hand and never give up. Im so proud of that!
