Honestly , Willow loves the hardwork and seeing the results of her hardwork, yet so modest she has a hard time taking compliments .She enjoys the friendships made that extend far beyond the court. When Willow has her basketball shoes on and a ball in her hand she is so driven and so focused that nothing else matters except for that moment in time.
Willow has had so many coaches , parents , volunteers help her over the past few years. She has often said "the more the merrier" ,because no matter how long or how short her time is with each person , she learns something different from each of them. Each of them have inspired her and made her the individual and the player she is today.
There isn't one specific moment that makes me the proudest of Willow. What does make me proud is to see her dedication to the sport she loves. Putting her ball shoes on sometimes 5,6,7 nights a week, often finishing one game just in time to make it to another. Seeing her smile and confidence everytime she steps onto the court , while at the sametime being respectful of everyone else's game. Willow doesn't shy away from hard work as she knows nothing worthwhile comes easy.
