She is involved in a variety of sports and is honored to have battled alongside with many different teammates that have become lifelong friends!
Yazzlyn is inspired by many different people that, each in different ways. Each Coach, Family member , Friend, & Teammate have helped shape her and she respects that .
There are so many proud moments that I have as I have watched her but one in particular stands out. She was about 9 years old in a tough basketball competition in which the score was back and forth , she seemed to be frustrated & wanting to give up. But after a tough talk at halftime,she said I want to go back in the game- she lead the team with scoring , stealing the ball , & her team ended up with the win. I knew at that moment she was going to push herself to succeed. She is a competitor!
