I love sports because they’re fun, exciting, and always challenge me to be better. Football, baseball, and basketball let me compete with others and with myself. I like pushing my limits, practicing hard, and seeing that hard work pay off in big moments. Winning feels awesome, but knowing I gave my best make it even better. I love being part of a team and growing every day as an athlete.
My older brother inspires me because he worked really hard to become a high school athlete. He was the captain of the football team, the starting center, and even won a state championship. He also earned many college scholarships for his good grades. I look up to him and want to follow in his footsteps. His dedication, leadership, and success show me what’s possible when you work hard and never give up. I hope to be just like him one day.
My proudest moment was helping the younger kids with drills and practice. It felt great to be a leader and show them what I’ve learned. Another proud moment was winning a playoff game with my dad as my coach. I could tell he was really proud of me, and that meant a lot. It made all the hard work worth it and brought us even closer.
