Zak loves being with his peers, whether it’s in the hockey rink, the gym, or the golf course. He thrives on challenging himself to get better 1% every day. He competed hard whether it’s a practice, game, or tournament, it’s always 110% effort.
Zak inspires himself. He looks to others (his peers), who play higher level sports (hockey), and pushes himself with his goals.
After last hockey season, I’ve had several coaches talk to me personally who have said, “Zak is a special player. His skill is one thing, but his commitment to his team, his teammates is exceptional. He has the ability to take hockey far in life”.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
