Zep just loves sports. He would choose to go to practice or a game any day over anything else. When he is playing, he is in his element and wants nothing more than to do well for his teammates and have fun. He loves to be with his teammates and the competition.
Zep’s biggest inspiration is his love for the game(s). Zep doesn’t play for anything other than for his love of it. Zep of course has his favorite pro players, and high school role models that he looks up to, but his game is strictly his own. If he had to pick one person that encourages him to be his best, it would be his dad. He’s always there to catch a football, a pitch, or play a game of PIG with. His dad works hard to provide for their family and never misses a practice or game.
My proudest moment of my athlete in sports was when the opponents parent reached out to me to make sure I knew what an awesome job I was doing with him. That her son was so upset after the loss and my son was sure to go out of his way to tell her son what a great player he was and that he had a great game.
