His mom inspires him because she has always taught him to work hard, stay humble and never give up. She believes in him, pushes him to be his best and reminds him that how he treats others matters just as much as what he achieves. Her support has helped shape the athlete, leader and person he is today.
One of my proudest moments was watching Aarav win the provincial championship and receive the Leadership Award. The championship celebrated his ability as an athlete, while the award recognized the character, respect and leadership he brings both on and off the court. Seeing him recognized for both the player and person he has become made me incredibly proud.
