He loves being part of a team, competing, learning new skills, and having fun with his teammates. Basketball gives him a place to challenge himself, build confidence, and keep pushing toward the player he wants to become.
Aaron is inspired by LeBron James because of his dedication, leadership, and incredible work ethic. He admires how LeBron continues to push himself and perform at a high level while always striving to improve. Aaron looks up to his confidence, determination, and passion for basketball, and hopes to bring that same mindset to his own journey.
What makes me proudest is watching Aaron keep going, even when things don’t go his way. He has faced tough games, disappointments, and moments when he doubted himself, but he continues to show up and work. Seeing him become more confident, resilient, and determined reminds me that his biggest victories aren’t always on the scoreboard, they’re in the young man he’s becoming.
