The coaches who he also sees as his mentors. Their guidance and their dedication to help Aaron build the skills he needs to be a great player. His coaches know what he’s capable of and they encourage him to succeed. He values them very much!
Watching his growth. As a 4 year tackle football player he has evolved so much. Aaron went from being timid, afraid of contact to the most fierce player on both offense and defense now that he’s in 10U. Aaron is a complete different kid on the field and his journey to where he’s gotten is commendable. From being one of the first on the field at every practice to proactively asking what can he do to improve and reminding his teammates they can be fierce too.
