Receive Text UpdatesThe opportunity to challenge herself not only as a competitive athlete but also as a teammate. To learn everyday, developing new skills, more physical and emotional strength, and the perseverance to prove herself. Knowing all her teammates are there for her as she is for them and the patience and understanding they have for each other as they are all in it together, as a team. She especially loves competing; demonstrating all her hard work and dedication she brings with her everywhere she goes.
The person who inspires Abby is her mom.
I admire her passion for this sport because she is currently a high school senior and has the dedication to do both gymnastics and school everyday. She constantly puts her school/studies and gymnastics before herself, voluntary giving up vacations. She never allows herself to have a day to only herself and instead gives that time to gymnastics. On top of doing so much, she still manages to be a straight A student and set a good example in gymnastics.
