When he sets his mind to learning a new position, he works hard until he masters it. He has excelled at every position he has played and loves being someone his teammates can count on.
His dad is the person who inspired his love for baseball. Since Abraham was born, he has been at the baseball field watching his dad play softball, so the game has always been part of his life. He also looks up to Shohei Ohtani, Elly De La Cruz, Fernando Tatis Jr., and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, as well as Coach Roberts from the Dodgers, because of their talent, work ethic, leadership, and passion for the game.
I am most proud of the way Abraham leads when his team needs him most. When his team is in a slump, he takes charge by encouraging his teammates, keeping their heads up, and even praying with them. His leadership has made such an impact that he was asked to serve as an assistant youth coach for a 14U team. He is loved by his players and coaches because he genuinely wants everyone around him to succeed.
