Coach Jose and Angel inspire him the most off and on the field. Their love and dedication to the game, endless hours on and off the court. They embody what hard work and love for basketball really is. Their patience yet passion and love for all the kids, rides, food with no expectations in return. They make him work harder on trying to become the best version on himself.
When he first started AAU to where he is now blows my mind. His rebound and block level, the respect he has for the game. Even on days where he might not perform his best, he doesn’t beat himself up. He’s very quiet doesn’t speak back. Listens takes all the criticism what he needs to improve and applies it in the next game and shows up when he has to for his team, his friendship with his teammates. He’s not always worried about scoring but playing as a team most importantly.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
