What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Adele loves the competitive nature of her sports she chooses to play. She succeeds in being an important member of her team and contributing on and off the ice, field and court. Adele enjoys the friendships and acquaintances that come with sports.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The women in hockey who have been true trailblazers for the sport. I know as young hockey players and a community we need to continue to support them so we all have somewhere to play like them.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Each time Adele sets a goal, she finds the pathways and seeks out opportunities to improve to reach her goals.
