What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreWhen he isn’t at school, football is all he talks about. Whether he’s writing a new play on a napkin at the dinner table, watching highlights of his favorite players, or studying the game, he is always thinking about football. He genuinely looks forward to every practice and extra training session because he loves learning, improving, and challenging himself. Football isn’t just a sport to Adryan—it’s something he truly loves and is passionate about.
Aston Jenty and Maxx Crosby inspired me on and off because Maxx gives back to people, Aston went out of his way to talk to me and the other kids at the raiders open practices. Both Aston & Maxx have shown what a true leader is on and off the field and constantly giving back to the community.
One of the moments that makes me proudest of Adryan is seeing him step into a leadership role both on and off the field. When a teammate is struggling to catch the ball or isn’t getting their flags, Adryan takes the time to encourage them, talk them through it, and help them regain their confidence. He understands that being a great athlete isn’t just about personal success it’s about lifting up your teammates and helping everyone succeed.
