Receive Text UpdatesAhriya loves the energy, challenge, and teamwork that volleyball and cheer bring. Volleyball pushes her to stay focused, communicate, and fight for every point, while cheer lets her lead with confidence, spirit, and strength. Most of all, she loves being part of a team, encouraging others, celebrating their wins, and proving that the greatest athletes don’t just shine themselves.....they help everyone around them shine too.
Ahriya says she is inspired by her family who instills morals and her cheermates: Lillian and Madison. Lillian goes above and beyond to help her master difficult cheer moves while motivating her to keep trying. Madison leads by example, clearly demonstrating each move and always offering support. Their patience, talent, and teamwork inspire Ahriya to grow as an athlete and extend that same encouragement to others.
A moment that makes me the proudest is when I watched Ahriya's confidence in her volleyball skills grow. At first she was really hard on herself until she realized practicing and perseverance delevops confidence and skill. I watched her confidence grow in front of my eyes and I'm so very proud of who my daughter is becoming.
