Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Aidan is driven first and foremost by himself. He’s naturally competitive, big-hearted, and has the grit to push through when things get tough. He doesn’t need someone telling him to work harder—he wants to prove to himself that he can do it. That kind of motivation can’t be taught. If one person inspires him, it’s Dak Prescott, whose resilience, authenticity, leadership, and commitment to mental health show Aidan what it means to turn adversity into purpose and use your platform to lift others.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I’m always proud of Aidan, but my proudest moments happen when he doesn’t have the ball. He celebrates his teammates’ successes with genuine excitement and lifts them up when they’re struggling. After devastating plays, I’ve watched him encourage teammates to shake it off, channel the emotion, and get back in the game. Aidan has learned that sports are about more than personal success—they’re about discipline, respect, resilience, and camaraderie.
