What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I love playing sports because they challenge me to push myself and work hard. I love being aggressive and competitive, working as a team, and having fun with my teammates. Sports can be hard, but they give me a great workout and help me stay in shape. I love challenging myself, playing games, and working together to win. Most of all, I love the excitement of competing and getting better every time I play.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My mom inspires me on and off the field because she pushes me to try things even when I don’t want to at first. Sometimes I may not think I’ll have fun, but she encourages me to keep going, and I end up enjoying it. My dad also helped me when I was first starting sports because I was really scared to get on the field. Both of my parents have always encouraged me, challenged me to do my best, and taught me to have fun and never give up. They support me not only in sports and physical activities,

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

A moment that makes me proud is seeing how far my son has come since he first stepped onto the field. In the beginning, he was scared and unsure of himself, but he kept pushing through those fears. Now, I watch him step onto the field with confidence, work hard, challenge himself, and give his best. Seeing him overcome that fear and discover how much he loves competing reminds me that the biggest victories aren’t always about winning a game—they’re about believing in yourself and never give up.
