Alandise loves the competition, the excitement of making big plays, and most importantly, being part of a team. He loves challenging himself to get better every time he steps on the court. Basketball gives him a chance to express himself, work hard, encourage his teammates, and chase his goals. At only 6 years old, his passion for the game is remarkable, and he genuinely enjoys the journey of becoming a better player.
Alandise is inspired by his family, especially his father, who constantly encourages him to work hard, stay humble, and believe in himself. He is also inspired by great basketball players who demonstrate leadership, discipline, and determination. He understands that talent is only part of being successful. Watching players overcome challenges and continue working toward their goals motivates him to do the same.
That regardless what task I throw infront of him since he was 3 years he does it to the best of his ability and never complain.
