Whether he’s playing quarterback, wide receiver, or safety, he enjoys the challenge of improving every game and helping his team succeed. Football has taught him discipline, teamwork, resilience, and confidence, and he enjoys encouraging his teammates while always giving his best effort.
Alarik is inspired by Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. He admires their leadership, preparation, and commitment to excellence, as well as the positive impact they’ve made on and off the field. As a San Francisco 49ers fan, he also looks up to players who put their team first and lead by example through hard work and determination.
One of my proudest moments was during a playoff game when Alarik, at just 10 years old, chose to suit up after an injury. Even though we encouraged him to rest and recover, he wanted to be there for his teammates and support them however he could. His selflessness, toughness, and commitment to his team showed maturity far beyond his age and reminded us that true leadership is about putting others before yourself.
