Honestly, Alessandra has had to inspire herself. Unfortunately, there are teams and coaches out there that tend to put players down instead of building them up. She’s had coaches like that. Alessandra digs deep inside herself to keeps pushing forward and believes in herself even when others don’t.
Alessandra has a good sense of self when it comes to softball. She has good discipline when preparing for a tournament. Eats right and goes to bed on time. This make us proud because she takes the job as catcher and teammate seriously- not just in a moment but always.
