Learn MoreWhat he loves most about playing is getting to have fun, enjoy time with his teammates, and be part of the team. He especially loves running, fielding, and batting, and the excitement of being out on the field gives him so much joy.
His dad is a tremendous inspiration to him, both on and off the field. As a young child he would spend hours on the field with his dad watching his dad play. Now dad is his biggest supporter and encourage his love for the sport, cheering him on at every game and spending countless hours training and supporting the entire team. His dedication, encouragement, and love for the game are a wonderful example for him to look up to.
One of the moments in his athletic journey that makes me the proudest was during the last decisive playoff game when the score was tied 6-6. With the pressure on, he stepped up to the plate and delivered a clutch hit that put his team ahead. Seeing his confidence, determination and ability to rise to the occasion in such an important moment made me incredibly proud. It was a moment that showed not only his talent, but also his hard work and dedication to the game.
