His brother Lane . He’s a teacher and baseball coach now and Alex thinks he hung the moon. Lane played baseball in high school and was a West Point nominee. Found out during the physical that he was color blind so that dream was crushed. He told Alex if I can’t for fill my dream , I will teach others to for fill theirs.
Even after severely breaking his dominant arm ( cut off blood flow to his hand, thought he may lose his hand) early in his athletic journey he battled back and over came the 6 months of not being able to use that arm. He still went to games to support his teams and never gave up.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
