What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Alexa loves the bond she's created with her teammates and the energy she feels each time she is out on the field. Soccer is a game of knowledge, skill and a love for the game that fuels her competitiveness.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Alexa's coaches inspire her by always bringing out the best in her and pushing her to be the best she can be. She would love to be a coach one day and do the same for her players.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Taking a step to leave my 1st team to move to another team that would help in my development. It was a very hard choice to leave my comfort zone, but I knew it was needed if I wanted to play at a higher level. I'm proud that I made that decision to work towards my goals.
