Join the CompetitionAllison loves being right in the middle of the action — pitching and trying to outsmart the batter, or catching and calling the game like it's her show. She lights up in big moments; throwing out the first pitch at the MLB All-Star Game gave her chills. But honestly, what she loves most is her team. Winning the World Series in Panama City with her teammates felt bigger than any stat ever could. Playing with the boys on her travel team has taught her to compete hard and believe in herself.
Allison looks up to Ronald Acuña Jr. — she's a die-hard Braves fan and loves his speed, energy, and the pure joy he plays with. She's also grown up with a built-in rival at home: her older brother also plays baseball, and going up against him has sharpened her competitive edge since she was young. Between chasing her brother and watching Acuña compete at the highest level, she's found plenty to push her and a clear sense of what hard work looks like.
The proudest moment for me was watching Allison play on the Little League World Series field in Williamsport. Seeing that field in person, let alone watching my own daughter play on it, was a dream of mine long before she ever picked up a bat. Watching her actually stand on that field made every early morning practice and every long travel weekend worth it — it's a moment I'll carry with me forever.
