What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Volleyball has become Amelia's passion because it constantly challenges her to be better. She loves being part of a team, competing at a high level, and pushing herself to improve every day. The friendships, discipline, and confidence she's gained through the sport are just as meaningful as the wins. She loves encouraging her teammates and now enjoys giving back by coaching younger athletes, helping them discover the same love for the game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Amelia is inspired by her family, coaches, and teammates. Her family has taught her the value of hard work, resilience, and always giving her best. Her coaches inspire her to push beyond her limits, while her teammates motivate her to be a leader who encourages others. Off the court, she strives to be someone younger athletes can look up to through her actions, work ethic, and positive attitude.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that made me the proudest was when Amelia was invited to coach the club's 12-year-old team. It wasn't because of her talent alone—it was because her coaches recognized her leadership, work ethic, dedication, and character. Watching her become someone younger athletes look up to showed me that all of her hard work on and off the court has truly paid off.
