Anaïs loves that gymnastics challenges her to become a little better every day. She loves learning new skills, setting big goals, and discovering what she’s capable of through hard work. She also loves being part of a team that encourages and celebrates one another. For Anaïs, gymnastics isn’t just about winning medals, it’s about building confidence, friendships, and a love for the journey.
Anaïs is inspired by her coaches, who teach her that success comes from discipline, perseverance, desire and believing in yourself even when things get hard. She also looks up to elite gymnasts who show resilience through setbacks. Most of all, she’s inspired by the people around her who remind her that kindness, humility, and hard work matter just as much as talent.
One of the proudest moments was watching Anaïs overcome the “twisties,” one of the biggest mental challenges a gymnast can face. Instead of giving up, she trusted the process, stayed patient, and worked hard every day to regain her confidence. Seeing her return stronger, not just physically but mentally, showed incredible courage, resilience, and determination that go far beyond any medal.
